Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not write on or tape the original product packaging. You’ll also need to enclose your original order number. Please return your goods to the address below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracked service, Royal Mail for smaller items and for larger items Parcelforce or DPD. The goods are your responsibility until they are received back into our warehouse. If the goods are not in a resalable condition we may reduce the refund amount or reject the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lovechristmas.christmas. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For orders made before Christmas returns must be requested before Christmas and these must be returned before Christmas or have a proof of postage that you have sent before Christmas.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@lovechristmas.christmas regarding our procedure. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This can take up to 14 days and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
